Program Highlights

Program Objectives

Because the emphasis is on deeply understanding the exercises—and how to layer and adapt movements for real bodies—students graduate with the confidence and skill to work effectively with every client who walks through their door.

Occupational Objectives

By the end of the program, students will be able to design and teach thoughtful, safe, and effective private sessions and small-group classes on all Pilates apparatus. Graduates will be well-prepared to sit for the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certification exam, should they choose to pursue it.
